Colorado Peptide Field Guide

GUIDE / NOT A CLINIC

Source notes / how to check the evidence

Check what each source proves and when it was current

Rules move. Prices move faster. A useful source note says what was checked, when it was checked, and what the source does not prove.

Method

Read each source for one specific statement

Each rule or cost statement should say what its source covers and what the source does not prove. The legal status shown here is current only as of September 2026.

Colorado statements use Colorado government sources. Federal statements use federal sources. A nationwide rule is not treated as proof of a separate Colorado rule.

Government source

A law, agency page, medicine label, or licensing board page. This is the first choice.

Professional standard

A professional standard can explain good practice. It is not always binding law.

Open question

When the source does not settle a point, the guide leaves the point open.

Check who issued the source, exactly what it covers, and the date it was current.

At the end of each chapter

Endnotes are a way out of the guide

They lead to public records, not to care businesses. Open them when a detail affects a decision or when the date may have changed. The guide keeps the short answer in the chapter and the record at the end.
