Stop when the basic facts stay hidden

One odd detail may have an explanation. Several together are a reason to slow down and check the record.

A

No prescription

In September 2026, federal law bars websites from selling prescription medicine unless they require a prescription.

B

No real assessment

As of September 2026, Colorado’s medical board policy says a fixed form with no follow-up questions is not enough for a medical professional to assess and treat a patient.

C

No pharmacy name

If the service will not name the pharmacy, the public license check cannot happen.

D

Research label plus human claims

A “research use only” label does not erase the way a chemical is being marketed.

E

Approval word games

As of September 2026, “FDA registered” does not mean “FDA-approved.”

F

No normal way to make contact

A pharmacy with no reachable pharmacist, street location, or ordinary contact method does not pass the FDA’s online pharmacy checklist.

Pause → get the medical professional’s name → get the pharmacy name → check both.

A polished sales page is not proof of a license or product review.

After a red flag

Keep the evidence simple

Save the page, label, receipt, and messages. Do not rely on a badge printed by the business. Use Colorado’s license search for the license.
