Colorado Peptide Field Guide

GUIDE / NOT A CLINIC

Product three / outside care

A research label does not create medical care

Read the whole offer. Human benefit claims, mixing tools, and use guides can show what a seller really expects.

Label versus offer

The surrounding page tells the real story

As of September 2026, federal warning letters say that “research use only” wording does not cancel human treatment claims on the same sales page.

As of September 2026, the FDA has treated mixing water, a calculator for working out how much to inject, or a human-use guide beside a chemical as evidence that the seller expects injection.

Research setting

A chemical used under a research plan. This is not personal treatment.

Sales disguise

A seller uses a research label while making body, weight, healing, or hormone claims.

Medical care

A licensed medical professional assesses a patient, and a licensed pharmacy supplies a prescribed medicine.

A research label does not put you under a licensed medical professional’s care.

If this is what you found

Return to licensed medical care

Do not use the seller’s own badges as proof. A state license record can confirm a medical professional or pharmacy. No letter does not mean the business passed review.
