GUIDE / NOT A CLINIC

Question desk / take this list

Ask for names, reasons, and a way to follow up

Clear care can answer these without turning the visit into a sales pitch.

The medical professional

Who is making the medical decision?

  • What kind of Colorado license do you have—for example, doctor, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner?
  • If you are outside Colorado, do you have a Colorado telehealth registration?
  • How can I ask a follow-up question?

The product

What exact medicine is being discussed?

  • What are the generic and product names?
  • Is it an approved or compounded product?
  • Which pharmacy makes and sends it?

The plan

What would change the answer?

  • What information is still missing?
  • When would an in-person exam or a test matter?
  • Who handles a concern after the visit?

The bill

What costs are missing from the advertised price?

  • Are medicine and lab work separate?
  • What is the usual cost after an opening offer?
  • How do pause and cancel terms work?

Weak answer: a slogan. Strong answer: a name, a reason, a record, and a next step.

A good question makes the offer more specific, even when the answer is “not yet.”

If there is time for one

Name the pharmacy

The single most useful early question for an online service is which pharmacy actually makes and sends the medicine. The answer opens the state check and makes the product trail visible.
